At 10:21 a.m. Feb. 13, a loss prevention analyst for Urban Outfitters, 5000 S. Broad St., reported that at 5:40 a.m. Feb. 10 and 6:20 a.m. Feb. 12, an unknown offender entered the building and left with several merchandise items valued at $2,200, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. Using video surveillance and still photos, detectives developed vehicle and suspect information and at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 21, they stopped the automobile and detained the motorist.

Executing a search warrant at his residence, they found property belonging to the store and arrested Andrew McIlhenny, charging him with burglary, criminal trespassing and theft. He awaits a March 12 preliminary hearing.
