Three individuals roughed up a male in Queen Village Sunday.
At 1:50 a.m., authorities responded to a radio call for a fight inside Ishkabibbles Restaurant, 517 South St., meeting with the complainant, who stated he engaged in a verbal dispute with the trio over comments they made about him, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. The three men proceeded to punch him in the face and stomp his face and legs before fleeing the establishment.
The victim received transport to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for treatment of a facial fracture and a broken leg. He described all the men as black and 21 to 25 years old, with the first being 6 foot; having a thin build, a medium complexion and a beard; and wearing a white thermal top; the second as 5-foot-9 and 250 pounds; having a medium complexion and a beard; and wearing a red shirt. A detailed description of the third offender was not available at press time.
