Police are looking for a man who stole an officer’s bicycle in Point Breeze.
At 11:30 a.m. July 9, the law enforcement figure was performing a security check on the 1800 block of South Broad Street and left his Trek Police Bike outside the property. When he returned, his mode of transportation, helmet and saddle bag were gone.
Authorities located the bicycle at 13th Street and Girard Avenue at 12:15 p.m. the same day and recovered the helmet and the bag with no contents missing.
