Nearly three years after the issue of interior demolition permits, a building at 848 Wharton St. succumbed to the abundant snowfall and ice accumulation Friday morning. The Passyunk Square-situated site, according to public records, would have undergone no structural changes, but the weather nullified all immediate modification plans.
