Police are seeking help in identifying a suspect for a Girard Estate theft.
At 2:45 a.m. Nov. 17, surveillance video captured a white male approaching an air conditioning unit on the 2800 block of South 16th Street, authorities said. He then drained it and left the area, returning at 8 a.m. to disassemble the item, with footage showing him taking the housing and traveling westbound along West Moyamensing Avenue.
The surveillance tool depicts him as white, having light brown hair, 5-foot-10, 180 pounds and wearing a dark sweatshirt and pants.
