A male sustained blows to his head but parted with no possessions Saturday in Point Breeze.
The complainant stated that at midnight, he was walking along the 1200 block of South Broad Street when two unknown males approached him from the rear. They struck him in the back of the head with an unknown object, resulting in his falling to the ground, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said.
The victim, who stated the men made no demands for his property nor took any items before fleeing in an unknown direction, suffered a large contusion to the rear of his dome. He described the offenders as black, 18 to 22 years old; and wearing dark hoodies. No further description was available.
