A man returned to his parked vehicle in Point Breeze Monday to find it severely vandalized with bullets.
The 46-year-old parked his car near 21st and Reed streets at about 1 a.m. Monday, but when he returned 11 hours later, the windows were shattered, the tires were flat and there were several bullet holes throughout the automobile, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said.
