A West Passyunk man was arrested for a summer homicide.
Vincent Harris, 22, of the 1900 block of South Lambert Street, was taken into custody at Police Headquarters March 28 for allegedly killing a Point Breeze man last year, Officer Jill Russell of the Police Public Affairs Unit said.
He was charged with murder, conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime, recklessly endangering another person and firearm violations, and is being held without bail.
He allegedly shot Joseph Knight, 22, of the 1800 block of South 23rd Street, in his torso, leg and hand at midnight Aug. 2, 2012 on the 1900 block of South 23rd Street, police said.
