An unknown shooter fired multiple shots at a vehicle and its passengers as they left Club Onyx, 2908 S. Columbus Blvd., Mondaynight.

As a 2012 silver Honda Accord headed north on the 2100 block of South Columbus Boulevard at 3:22 a.m., an unknown person pulled up beside the passenger’s side of the stationary vehicle at the Snyder Avenue light and opened fire, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said.

Bullets struck the vehicle and three passengers. The 21-year-old driver was unscathed. A fourth man also was injured, but it remains unclear if he also was in the same car. Private vehicles transported the four victims to three different hospitals.

The 32-year-old front passenger was in stable condition at Delaware’s Christiana Hospital with a bullet to his right leg that fractured his tibia, Tolliver said. A 19-year-old rear passenger suffered a wounded right hand and was transported to Pennsylvania Hospital and then transferred to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he was treated and released.

A 26-year-old rear passenger and 27-year-old man were transported to Chester’s Crozer-Keystone Community Hospital. The younger male was released after being treated for a left-shoulder wound while the man who may have been in another vehicle was listed in stable condition with wounds to his right shoulder and leg.

Detectives recovered ballistics evidence, shattered glass and blood at the scene, Tolliver said.
