Eligible Philadelphia seniors can receive a $20 voucher for purchases via the Philadelphia Corp. for Aging. Fels Community Center, Broad and Ritner streets, partnered with The Food Trust for this new venture taking place 2 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays through October.
