After an altercation inside a Whitman gentleman’s club, a man pointed a gun at another before fleeing the scene.
Police responded to Club Onyx, 2908 S. Columbus Blvd., at 2:06 a.m. Monday for a report of a person with a gun, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. A 30-year-old indicated that after a fight inside with an unknown man, another man had pointed a gun at him. During their departure, that same armed man pointed the silver-colored firearm at him and others standing near the club’s entrance before fleeing southbound on Columbus in a white or silver Buick LeSabre.
A detailed description of the offender was not provided.
