It was either the five-block sale or the extreme wind outside of Forman Mills, Swanson and Wolf streets, that had people shopping ’till they dropped for 50-percent-off discounts during Saturday’s moving sale. The bargains not only swept customers off their feet but also kept them grounded as they stepped outside into the blustery wind with more bags than they could carry.
