The sky may not be blue, the grass may not be growing and the air may still not be scented with flowers, but spring is manifesting little by little. Planted in 2009 by the Sports Complex Special Services District, these 33 Snow Goose and Okame cherry blossom trees lining Bigler Street near 11th have added refreshing changes to the neighborhood.
