A man was wounded more 10 times while another was hit twice with bullets Monday evening in West Passyunk.
Police arrived on the scene of a shooting on the 2300 block of Mifflin Street to find two men bleeding on the street, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. A 20-year-old suffered from at least 10 bullets from his waist down while a 19-year-old was hit twice in his left shin. Both were transported to HUP in stable condition.
An illegally parked silver Nissan — unattended during the shooting — was struck with two bullets in the driver’s side door, Tolliver said.
One of the shooters was described as a black man, 5-foot-9, 190 pounds, with dreadlocks, wearing a black ski mask and firing a black automatic handgun with an extended magazine. The second shooter, who was firing an unknown gun, was described as a man of an unknown race wearing a black hoody tied tightly around his face.
