Police have released a surveillance video of the suspect in a Passyunk Square robbery-turned-shooting.

A 19-year-old woman exited the Ellsworth-Federal Broad Street Line subway station, but as she walked southbound along the 1200 block of South 13th Street on the way to a friend’s home at 11:19 p.m. March 30, a man approached her and said “give me all you got,” Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said.

When she tried to defend herself and sprayed the man with Mace, he shot her once with a black revolver in the stomach, according to the video.

Police were later called to a home on the block where they found the woman wounded on her left side, Tolliver said. A medic transported her to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in stable condtion. Detectives could not locate a crime scene.

The man was described as black, in his late teens or early 20s, with a beard or goatee and wearing a baseball cap, black hoody, black — possibly leather — coat and blue jeans. He also walks with a limp.
