Phillies’ fans heading southbound on I-95 toward Citizen’s Bank Park caused massive traffic delays at about 6 p.m. Tuesday near the South Street Bridge. That night the Phillies hosted the New York Mets and lost their first game of the season 7-1 against their division rivals. The Wells Fargo Center also hosted the Stevie Nicks/Rod Stewart concert the same night.
