An elderly man was pushed to the ground and robbed subway Friday.

A 61-year-old was walking from the Tasker-Morris station on the Broad Street Line when two men pulled him down at 9:05 p.m. on the 1500 block of Morris Street and yanked his black leather wallet containing $300, identification and a credit card from the right, back pocket of his pants, Detective Danielle Tolliver of South Detective Division said. He briefly passed out and did not see which way they ran. He also had a small cut under his chin and back pain, but did not seek medical treatment.

The pair was described as black, in their 20s and 6 foot. One was thin, clean-shaven and wearing a red jacket.
