The GlaxoSmithKline’s Science in the Summer returns to Philadelphia libraries including three area learning facilities. The program teaches children entering second to sixth grades the wonders of genetics while also stimulating their minds over the summer with experiments and thoughts of future pursuits.
The program will be held at the Charles Santore Branch, 932 S. Seventh St., July 5 and 6; Thomas F. Donatucci Sr. Branch, 1935 Shunk St., July 19 and 20; and Fumo Family Branch, 2437 S. Broad St., July 28 and 29.
